    NOT a Registration Service: We do not process titles, issue license plates, or collect registration fees. We provide one specific service: The physical inspection and certification of the DMV Form REG 31.

Refund & Service Fee Policy

Service Fee Agreement

Our fee primarily covers the mobile dispatch and travel time to your location. Therefore, the service is considered "rendered" the moment an agent arrives at your location.

If we arrive and cannot complete the form because your vehicle is ineligible (e.g., Salvage, Junked, Grey Market, Incomplete), the full service fee is still owed.

Please refer to our Requirements Page and Prohibited Vehicles Page prior to booking.

  • Standard Policy: Refunds are not provided for completed travel and/or service calls.
